Patients owing a balance will receive a text message notifying with a hyperlink to our secure payment portal. We will continue to accept all payment methods by mail, phone, or online.

process for our patients. Effective August 1, 2021, we will no longer distribute paper billing statements by U.S. mail. Electronic billing statements are now
available to view in your patient portal.

Although Florida has entered Phase 3 of reopening, our office policies & precautions to prevent COVID transmission remain in place. Patients must wear a mask or cloth that covers their nose & mouth to their appointment. Patients should not wear a mask that has a valve. Face shields are not a substitute for a mask.
